  • All riders will be asked to confirm emergency contact information at check-in.
  • All riders must carry a current drivers license or state I.D.
  • All riders should carry a current medical insurance card.
  • Apply a waterproof sunscreen on all exposed skin if conditions are sunny.
  • Drink plenty of fluids - at least one bottle per hour.
  • Stretch before and after riding and take plenty of breaks during the day.
  • Have your bike checked out by your local mechanic before the ride.
  • Obey all traffic laws as they apply to cyclist
  • Use caution when crossing intersection, traveling on busy roads, crossing railroad tracks and when descending steep grades.
  • All riders must maintain a minimum 16mph avg. pace to complete any of the 3 routes before each route is officially closed.
  • The ride director reserves the right to remove any rider from the ride that is not following the safety rules or is being disruptive in any way that might endanger themselves or others on the ride.
